How to exercise Ari-Gym Massage Stick.

Thigh Front Massage

step 1. Roll the stick along the length of the front of the thigh.

step 2. Roll the stick up to your knees.
* Alternate left / right 8 to 10 times.

Thigh back massage (hamstring)

Roll the stick up and down along the outside of the thigh from the hip to the knee.
* Alternate left and right 8-10 times.

Arm massage

Roll the massage stick, starting from the top of your shoulder and down.
* Alternate right and left 8 to 10 times.

Foot massage

Place a stick on the floor and roll from your back to your toes.
