For detailed assembly instructions, please refer to the enclosed manual.
01. Before assembly, flip the cover over and straighten it.
02. Be sure to put the gym ball in the cover and inject air into the supplied air pump.
03. Adjust the position of the cover and the Gym Ball when the gimbal is swollen by about 70%.
04. After closing the cap, measure the size of the Gym ball using the tape measure provided.
Insert or remove the air according to the dimensions of the manual, close the cap, measure the size with the tape measure provided, and fit the size according to the size.

When using the dynamic cover
After closing the zipper, use it as a Gym Ball or put it on a stand.
When using a fixed cover
01. Place the base on the Gym Ball, adjust the position, and cover the stand.
02. Hang the string on the rubber feet of the pedestal and pull it to fix it.
03. Turn the base upside down and whisk the ball to the center.

Hip Adductor and Abductor Lift
Grab and lift the ball with both feet (dynamic type)
1. Lie on your side and place the ball between your ankles.
2. Support your upper body with your elbows and lift your legs up. Do the other side in the same way.
Knee to Chest
Bend your knees to raise the ball (dynamic type)
1. Lay on the floor correctly, support the floor with both hands, and raise it so that it is in the center of the top of the ball.
2. Repeat the lifting and lowering of the legs by pressing down on the abdomen, keeping the ball from moving.
Unilateral Hip Flexion
Lifting the knee (dynamic type, fixed type)

Safety precautions
The Ari-Gym Core Fitball is a chair that needs to be balanced, unlike other chairs.
If you sit outside the center of gravity, you may experience a momentary slip.
After organizing the surroundings, exercise or sit in the correct posture.
Precautions when washing the core fitball cover
When the Ari-Gym Fitball chair is used and the cover is contaminated during use, Spandex products should be hand washed with lukewarm water and cold water when rinsed.
When squeezing, wrap it with a cloth to remove moisture with the pressure of the palm.
Please refrain from dry laundry.
Do not use dehydration or dryer
Please lie down in the shade and dry.
Refrain from using chlorine bleach
Wash individually with lukewarm water by hand.
To maintain elasticity due to the nature of the material, avoid direct sunlight and lie down in a well-ventilated place and dry. Avoid ironing and dry cleaning as there may be deformation of the product due to heat.
